Klay Bankz, AKA “The Hood Anchor Man,” born and raised in Bamberg South Carolina, signs soulful southern songs with heart and an energetic attitude. He began developing an interest in music at an early age, but it was not until the year of 2020, while writing a song for a colleague, that he realized he himself would like to sing it, and in fact added his own unique style and melody to it, creating an original and authentic genre called “ Southern Soul,” funky and fun with energy and rhythm. He had performed with the likes of the famous Geno Wesley and Tucka. He has been featured on the radio and uploaded on Spotify, iTunes, Shazam, TikTok, Instagram, Tidal, iHeartRadio, Apple Music, and Youtube. His releases include, “Can’t Believe It, Satisfy, Carolina Swing, and How On to Your Woman,” and currently he is collaborating on and recording in the studio of for his next big hit. The Hood Anchor Man was Klay’s own brainchild.
